Mayor Robert Price served the City diligently and faithfully between 2007 and early 2024 before he succumbed to a sudden illness on March 15, 2024.

Mr. Price served originally on the Urban Redevelopment Agency from 2005 to 2006 before being elected to Council in 2007.

He served on Council until 2012, when he was elected to the position of Mayor, which he served unopposed for 4 terms before his untimely passing.

He will be missed.
